We aim to keep our TOS as simple and straightforward as possible. We describe here the service, the parties and specific cases.
1 ) Definition of the service
2CVPrivateParis.com offers a service of transportation made using car vehicles manufactured by Citroen and commonly referred as 2CV.
The tours include :
- A pick up point and drop off inside Paris
- An English-speaking driver-guide
- Food options : Champagne and macaroons
- A photography option : Quality checked and sent by email after the tour
- The description of the service : The service, or tour, is guided, sightseeing oriented and does not include visit of the monuments driven-by. The content can however be personalized according to your desires, the offer of the guide, but also external factors such as – but not limited to – traffic jam, strikes, social events, weather. The tour can include pauses, stops, which can be requested to the guide, or without specific indications, organized according to the time and pace of the ride.
2 ) Definition of the parties
The parties are :
- You as a customer or company
- Us, as an licensed tourism transport company operating in Paris ( VTC license n° EVCT075130631 / n° Insurance number 75639305X002 ) Address : 61 Rue Lamarck, 75018 Paris
3 ) Payment process :
We accept the following payment methods :
- Cash ( on spot – All currencies accepted – if another currency than Euro is used, the total will be added to the confirmation and determined according to the confirmation’s day exchange rate )
- Paypal ( upon request or if required by 2CVPrivateParis.com – Payment up to 72hrs before the tour – If the tour is canceled and for any reason, by 2CVPrivateParis.com or by you, the payment will be 100% refund Up to 24hrs before the tour. If the cancellation is made by 2CVPrivateParis.com on the day of the tour, the payment will be 100% refund. If the cancellation is made by you on the day of the tour, the tour will be refund with a 50% penalty )
4 ) Booking process :
The booking can be made :
- Using the reservation form available on the website
- Using the contact form ( details will be added manually by us )
- By Whatsapp and SMS
5 ) Limitations of service
2CVPrivateParis.com will do the necessary to perform the service as described, but may not be able to do it in case of delays by the client, requests of pick up, drop off and itinerary outside of Paris, last minute pick up point or time. 2CVPrivateParis.com car service cannot be combined, unless expressly written by a member of the staff, to other transportation services. Any attempt will lead to a cancellation without refund if the tour has been prepaid.
6 ) About your personal data
2CVPrivateParis.com will take all the security measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data. Such measures can include the use of the SSL technology, the encryption of the messages you exchange with us when contacting us on Whatsapp, and the strict minimum access to your details. We do not share, resell, analyze your personal data, and only retain it during the time required to perform the service.
7 ) Liability and reputation of the company
2CVPrivateParis.com cannot be held legally or financially responsible for cancellations or unforeseen events before or during the tour. In such cases, you agree not to damage the reputation of the company on any web platform such as reviews websites / tools. As a company which genuinely wants to offers a great experience and a high level of customer service, we’ll gladly work in return with you to examine and resolve any potential issue you may or may have experience(d) with the service.
8 ) Relevant jurisdiction
In case of dispute, any case will be governed by the French relevant laws and jurisdiction.
9 ) Acceptance of the TOS
